Hi guys, I received my samples from Microchip, and now got some fresh new 18F46K20. This chip, using PLL, can run up to 64 Mhz, as specified in datasheet ( http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/41303G.pdf). From what I understand, this can be acheived either using internal OSC, or using a crystal. With 16 MHz Xtal, you have 16 * 4 = 64 Mhz, 4 being the black magic factor coming from PLL.
Now, what if I use a 20 MHz Xtal ?... Will PIC gets burnt ? Or will it just won't work ? Cheers, Seb -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "jallib" group.
