Okay, files (v0.9c, as sent by email) are commited and will be updated
to V1.0 tomorow or this weekend, if there is no additional comment on
this version.

At last! I was expecting this one much earlier :)
The pjal manual was discussed recently and I hope someone will proceed
on that. Until now, the replies are limited to good advice ;)
Depending on the response on the starters guide and the outcome of the
pjal manual discussion, I'll decide on my next steps...

Just did an html-export and that's not good enough. So the choice for
now is pdf or not...
Let me know what you prefere and if it is pdf, how to get it on the site.
