Hmm I did a post and it vanished :(

I will test on 16F877, 16F876 and 16F628.

Maybe add version with pot on ADC to change an LED flash

Maybe a version with two buttons to select LED and two for up/down
speed.

It seems to look simple now I do a simple example, not likely
something a beginner would think of. The Blinking Leds shows that main
forever loop is now really round robin scheduler and also this is more
efficient than any RTOS kernel. The "rules" should make the user think
more of design before writing code.

I will redo libraries for eeprom like this.
