Very nice, this document will help me get into TQFP that I fear. I have already purchased a syringe & solder paste a month ago, I was able to solder SOP.
I actually used my toaster oven to heat melt the solder. I put it on high until I could see the solder melt. I see this guy putting paste across all pins without leaving spaces: http://www.seattlerobotics.org/encoder/200006/oven_art.htm, would this work as well?
