Format.jal has been around forever and supports more complex formatting of numbers. Advanced formatting feature should be added there. Print.jal has no formatting capabilities (unless you count the base). The name (format vs print) makes a clear distinct and makes it easier to recall the parameters required. > I'm working on one.
