I had some trouble with make.bat. I'm still tracking it down, but it seems to be that '-U' option makes avrdude go nuts - complains that my hex file isn't there, but the filename it echoes back is garbled. I originally thought the problem might be Windows 7 related, but now I think it may just be the command line in the make.bat is incorrect? I'll keep looking at it.
