Some experiments showed that adding a 1 microsecond delay after changing
the value of keydrive gives correct results even at 32 MHz. It seems that
without this delay the readout of the rows (keyscan) comes too fast after
changing keydrive with higher clock rates than 4 MHz.
There might be a relation with the chip type or the power (the 18f26j11 is
a 3.3V type). I'll experiment with some other PICs.
