Yes and no: - With the configuration bits you can activate PLL only for a HS crystal - When you use fuse_def OSC INTOSC_NOCLKOUT you can enable PLL in software (in your program) by setting the PLLEN bit in OSCTUNE
How can I run 26k20 @64Mhz with internal osc ?
