Fixed some issues as mentioned in comment 7
1. Device files of revision 2312 contain now the 'const ADC_ADCS_BITCOUNT'
2. A missing 'real' variable ADCON0_ADCS is added as anchor for the pseudo
variable with the same name for PICs with scattered ADCS bits.
Library adc_clock.jal has been rewritten and takes advantage of the revised
device files.
