Pins pin_C4 and pin_C5, when used in port-mode, are input only (see table 10-5 in DS39632 page 120). The dev2jal script generates pin entries for the 18Fs based on the information of the LATx registers. The reason why pic_C4 and pin_C5 are missing is that these pins have no entry in the LATC (and TRISC) register anymore with MPLAB 8.60, while they were present in earlier MPLAB releases.
