lcd_line only works horizontal, vertical and 45 degrees.
character output works on 7x5 font, y position is rounded to multiple of 8
pixels.
other font sizes and all positions could be supported.
Library provides some basic features, but needs significant work. Maybe
redraw from the distribution?
