Log: -sample file includes in more logical order.
-removed some prototypes.
-no pragma inline on prototyped procedures.
-arp troubleshooting in sample.
-added arp_get_gateway_mac().
-better UDP example.
-UPD/ICMP no longer need to deal with ethernet mac layer.
-Added a constant for IPv4.
-ethernet mac lib. Follow ethernet frame fields order: first destination,
then source.
-added user constant NETWORK_DEVICE_HAS_MAC_FILTER.
-added/renamed constants in constant_jallib. NETWORK_SLIP, NETWORK_ETHERNET.
-some libraries optional such as ICMP, UDP, ARP.
-placed network_main.jal and network_globals.jal into one file network.jal.
-note: left most old code in but commented out so changes can be seen.
