I'm playing with 18F27J53, which has RTC hardware peripheral. I had a look at sample 18f26j11_rtc_hardware.jal, but it uses too many libs for a simple program showing RTC features (though it shows many other things also interesting). According to me at least... That said, this really is a nice piece of code, highly documented and structured, very readable etc... Rob's signature :)
Thanks! I like experiments, which results in many half-built boards and mostly short programs. But this one is meant to become a real useable device (although I didn't touch it for some time)!
So, just I jus drop this email to let you know I'm about to give a try with this lib, and probably provide one or two sample, hopefully smaller ! That 18f26j11_rtc_hardware.jal maybe could renamed to something like "18f26j11_rtc_lcd_keyboard.jal" ? This would make room for simple sample using "just" rtc_hardware.jal
OK with me. But I would like to make a distinction between this builtin module and external or software RTCs. So I think I'll rename it to 18f26j11_rtcc_kbd_lcd.jal
