Your work is still published, in the previous jallib pack, it is still on SVN and also wherever else you wish. The question is if your old published work is accepted into the jallib pack. That being said, your work is still published as it was, but the next jallib pack will contain a different file. The main concern would be file naming. If you want a generic library, name it spi_master_hw. If you want a non generic library, it should be named as such. Maybe spi_master_hw_wr (wr = William Wrench).
