Log: changelog - SPI hardware now has seperate set mode & set speed
procedures.
- sd card samples now require "alias sd_force_spi_mode is
spi_master_hw_set_mode_11"
if more then one devices is used on same SPI bus where each device
requires differnet SPI modes.
