Log: usb msd - finally some progress! can now read junk data from the
device through a sector editor program. Next on the list.... try with a
formatted sd card!
added responce to request_sense command, moved set data loop into
usd_msd_read_10, call usb_handle_isr() at end of msd_data_in, current tests
are with 18f67j50 (should work with 18f4550).
Todo:
clean up code
speed up code (slow due to having serial debug on?)
compair speed with other existing projects
allow write command
