Log: Update of libraries glcd_ks0108 and _common
- slight timing changes in _ks0108_read() and _ks0108_write()
according to datasheet schemes for MPU Write timing and Read timing.
replaced hard coded ASM NOPs by _usec_delay()
- all private procedures/function prefixed with underscore
- replaced absolute values for loops and offsets with symbolic values
- added 'clipping' of ellipse when drawing beyond display boundaries
- changed sword to sbyte*3 of local variables in ellipse procedure
to prevent overflow of intermediate results.
- minor code optimisations, incl add/remove of some 'pragma inline'
- comments added, corrected, improved, aligned
