New issue 175 by robhamerling: Improvements to ADC library
http://code.google.com/p/jallib/issues/detail?id=175

I think adc.jal could use some improvements, like:
1. The conversion produces always a high resolution value when the PIC supports it. The difference between the two user-functions is only the width of the returned value. So defining a constant RESOLUTION to high or low is not very useful and could be removed. When the PIC doesn't support high resolution the hi-res read function can simply return the 8-bits value in the low byte of a word.
The related warnings can be removed too.
2. Vref can also be FVR (Fixed Voltage Reference), should be added.
3. Tests of defined names ADRES, ADRESL and ADRESH and their use can be simplified by normalization of names in the device files. 4. As high resolution only 10-bits is mentioned, but there are also PICs with 12-bits ADC (this is only a comments issue).
