Hi, I'm sorry there's not much I can with this one, it's hard to guess what's going on without the whole hardware. Have you tried, as a workaround, to set a flag "do_adc" in your ISR (user defined i2c msg proc, actually) and perform adc conversion in forever loop accordingly ?
