New issue 178 by [email protected]: USB addition of reset callback.

procedure _usb_handle_reset() needs a reset callback added.
if defined (usb_reset_callback) then
usb_reset_callback()
end if
USB can issue resets, however it should not if your code is good. But
then again, there could be other reasons for USB to reset, such as a
power glitch, or too much debug code during development.
When writing a USB class library, it is quite easy to have too much debug
code. This will cause _usb_handle_reset to run.
Without resetting some of your program's variables, your program could
get stuck or have issues.
