No, it adds (at least for me) another question: Why do I have a different
frequency on LED blinking than 1s and why it does not blink at all the
blink.usb sample. The question about HW issue comes after I've read again
the datasheet. A not so experienced user which face this problem will be
anyway confused. I was confused too even I was thinking I'm somehow
experienced... :)
