So this appears to be a simple fix. It is currently neglecting the last line of the file it checks, because it is assumed that the last line is a linefeed and not a line of code. When writing the updated content back to the file it adds an extra linefeed...Is there a reason for this? Is something else expecting a linefeed at the end of each file?
