{message earlier dropped in Jallist}

Hi guys,

As result of a discussion with Gordon Williams (in Jallist) I have prepared a new set of Jallib device files with the following changes:

- pragma shared contains the shared memory regions:
  - 14H core typically 0x00-0x0b,0x70-0x7F
  - 16 core typically 0x00-0x7F,0xF80-0xFFF

- none of the variables are declared 'shared'

- shadow bytes for ports are (pre-)allocated in shared memory
  (as long as it is available)

With the newest 2.4q beta compiler this seems to work fine.
I'll wait with commit until the 'official' 2.4q is released.

Regards, Rob.

PS: I'm also working on converting my 'dev2jal' script to use MPLAB-X in stead of currenty MPLAB 8. This will take some time!!! This is necessary to generate device files of new PICs when MPLAB is not supported anymore by Microchip.
