Log: Update of pinmap_create script.
Renamed (was createpinmap) to better match naming conventions in tools
directory.
Added code to correct several PIC-specific errors and omissions in
MPLAB-X .pic files,
which is probably version-dependent, therefore a check on MPLAB-X version
is added.
