Log: Added a sample to control 12 leds with 4 pins of an 8-pins PIC
(12F675).
The technique is known a Charleyplexing, of which a good description
can be found in Microchip Application Note TB029.
In this sample each LED is switched on for a short time, then the next.
With an additional portmeter on an analog pin, the swithing speed can
be controlled (using the Jallib ADC library).
