If this forum is only about Jal librairies , I didn't understand very well this point. I believed that it was for all Jal subjects.
I believe the message of Vasi Vasi of 25 Februari is pretty clear.
In a previous post about 18f452 eeprom you told me to use the pic_data_eeprom lib, my lib doesn't work with the 18f452
Take the 18f242_data_eeprom.jal from the Jallib sample directory, and the Jallib libraries (not the Bert libraries). Just tested it again: work perfectly, also with the 18f452.
, , I discovered
two lib with same name but not included the same procedures.(Bert and jal0.9.0)
Don't mix libraries from different sources.
For a newbie it is not very easy to understand quickly this. I don't want to reinvent the wheel as you said, but I like to understand were I made an error, and so, I can improve my knowledge.
Jallib samples are there for this purpose. Take one that comes closest to your situation. It is possible that there is none for your PIC, but probably there will be one for a PIC of the same 'family' (same datasheet).
