Log: Added library for an 8 digits 7-segment module controlled by a
MAX7219 chip,
and added also a sample for this library with a 12f1840 PIC.
The library is called max7219_7 to distinguish it from the libraries
for modules with MAX7219 chips to control led matrices.
The existing libraries have minor changes, mainly documentation.
