No one on here using jalv2 with Linux and mplab
How about the help file for jalv2 I know it uses " jalv2 - S
my_file.jal " to compile.
I'am one of the people here who uses JalV2 under Linux, but I do not
start the compiler from MPLAB (and I would not know how to do that). I
use my own makefiles and run a make utility (in a terminal window) to
compile programs.
The command to start Jalv2 is certainly not like in your quote. It could
be something like:
jalv2 -s jallib/lib my_file.jal
After the option "-s" you should specify the path to the Jallib library.
Other options are described in the compiler docs (jalv2opt.pdf).
I suggest that you try to get the compiler working by typing the
command in a terminal window, and then teach MPLAB how you want it to
call the compiler.
Regards, Rob.
