Rob, Perhaps your mistake is that never tried to put yourself in the other's mind.
I've seen many times those files but I never understand what are good for. I'm not a programmer software guy. You have never wrote a small file explaining how can be used, with what version of Python, where to download the compiler and so on. To understand better, I have wrote my own files by hand when I didn't find them in the library. :) So, don't try to punish me, it won't work!
