changed procedure pata_hd_data_request, pata_hd_drive_busy and
pata_hd_drive_ready bit checking.
added procedure pata_hd_read_to_sector_end()
updated init procedure to check if drive is not busy and is ready.
pata_hd_number_of_sectors() now reads till end of IDENTIFY_DRIVE command (512
bytes)
added procedure pata_hd_print_drive_information()
