Fixed device files and script for incorrect PPS
Due to an error in the XML files for these devices the PIC2JAL script generated
an uncompilable device file. This has been fixed. Note that these new devices
are not yet released since cannot be tested yet.
**NOTE:** This service has been marked for deprecation:
https://developer.github.com/changes/2018-04-25-github-services-deprecation/
Functionality will be removed from GitHub.com on January 31st, 2019.
