Hi Matt,

I made a video for the Si5351a JAL Library and added the link the video to the
blog post.

The video shows some randomly chosen frequencies and uses the sample program
16f18857_si5351.jal for this. Using a terminal emulation program, you just
enter the frequency in Hz and the library will configure the chip as to
generate the chosen frequency.

As mentioned before I cannot demonstrate a frequency higher than 100 MHz.

module

Hi Matt,

Thanks. I could make a video of the signal on my oscilloscope but am not sure
if it would clarify anything.

I could also upload some screenschots of the signal since I can make
screenshots with my oscilloscope.

Do you think it will add something to the blog post?

Kind regards,

Rob

Very good Rob,

Pictures and some video would be nice to see :)

Hi all,

As requested a made a JAL library for the Si5351a clock generator module. It
was quite a challenge and up to know the most complex library I created.

But effort pays off since the library has some interesting features.

If you want to know more, read the blog post:
http://www.justanotherlanguage.org:3389/node/323<http://www.google.com/url?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.justanotherlanguage.org%3A3389%2Fnode%2F323&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNHyaJaQTlLUifL-5ICWCiMl-9UtHw>

I added it to GitHub so it should be in one of the new bee-packages.

I am looking for somebody that would like to test it since I could not test the
higher (> 100 MHz) frequencies because of the limitations of my oscilloscope.

Thanks.

Kind regards,

Rob
