Hi Matt, I did not realize that torelease.py used the pic2_jalenvironment.py script too.
The paths in those python scripts are to what Rob H used and what I am using for the development of device files. I think the best thing to do is to change the paths in torelease.py so that it works for your environment and not to include the pic2jal_envorinment.jal file but put its contents - with the right paths - in torelease.py so that it does not affect the torelease.py script anymore. Of course it would be nicer to have used environment variables for this. Strange that this is happening now since it has been like this for quite some time. So it seems that your path is to: D:\dev\Jallib-github-svn\ You only have to apply it for the OS that you are using. If you need more info or help let me know.
