Hi David,

Some extra info about libraries and sample programs. As I mentioned before all
libraries and sample files are validated against the Jallib style guide.

Before adding any library or sample file this validation check should be done.

There is a Python script called 'Jallib3.py' in the tools directory on GitHub:
https://github.com/jallib/jallib/tree/master/tools
[https://opengraph.githubassets.com/406af2cb3cf8304a0708a13d767b6775857f003e9f3d4af82efae271795a11d5/jallib/jallib]<https://github.com/jallib/jallib/tree/master/tools>
jallib/tools at master ·
jallib/jallib<https://github.com/jallib/jallib/tree/master/tools>
Automatically exported from code.google.com/p/jallib - jallib/tools at master ·
jallib/jallib
github.com
Place this Python script in de directory where your files are.

You then run this as follows for the validation: Python jallib3.py validate
*.jal

You should have 0 errors and 0 warnings.

Kind regards,

Rob

Hi David,

If you want you can send the library and sample program to me for review. I can
also add it to the bee-package for you.

Good luck finalizing the library.

Kind regards,

Rob

Onderwerp: [jallib] PCA9626 library - Status update

Hi all,

In a previous discussion, I commited to write a library for the PC9626 chip
from NXP. Here's an update of the status.

I started the work using the library for PCA9685 as a starting point. In
fact, those two chips are so different that there was not much usable for the
PCA9626.

So, to make a long story short, I restarted from scratch.

As for now, I consider the library as finished, all procedure and functions are
compiling without errors, but it is yet untested with the real hardware. So,
this is version 0.00001 Beta ;-)

I am waiting to receive my PCB designed to test it with a PIC16F1768.

I'll keep you update.

David
