Yes, for some time, I bought from Farnell, but one day, they stopped 
serving me because as an hobbyist I didn't have a VAT number.   Maybe it 
has changed now, but I do not look at their website anymore.

As for TME, I know them, see their promotions, but never gave it a try 
(yet).
