Hi Rob, 👍 Very good presentation! I'm just curious, this sensor is using modulated 940nm laser beam? If you put a flame between the sensor and the reflection sheet, the sensor beam will pass throug the flame and reflected ok back? Datasheet says "no infrared indoor" somewhere.
Basically I'm asking about the blinding effect of the sensor in the presence of unstable light which may have some low IR component. thx, Vasile On Sun, Aug 10, 2025, 20:08 [email protected] <[email protected]> wrote: > Hello all, > > In order to promote JAL I made a video of the JAL Library for the VL53L0X > Time-of-Flight ranging sensor. > > See: https://youtu.be/fi2wr9YSGQk > > Kind regards, > > Rob > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "jallib" group. > To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an > email to [email protected]. > To view this discussion visit > https://groups.google.com/d/msgid/jallib/c3d5d773-86c7-4b5a-9c17-a24367c630e8n%40googlegroups.com > <https://groups.google.com/d/msgid/jallib/c3d5d773-86c7-4b5a-9c17-a24367c630e8n%40googlegroups.com?utm_medium=email&utm_source=footer> > . > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "jallib" group.
