I did a quick check of the MPLABX XML file and 'DEBUG' is mentioned and I also see it in the Python Script that generates the device files so it is strange that it is not in. It is bit 12 of Config Word 2. Whatever older version of jallib I was using had the definition, but at some point it seems to have been removed. I checked the device file for the 12F1840 and it also is missing the DEBUG option. Maybe they're all missing?
