Nope. Jalview is research software .. we've never had the resources to even
consider it. Since its primary role is visualization, it is also of limited
use to blind or very partially sighted people without significant thought
about alternative data representation mechanisms.

We will certainly consider an automated system, but it should come in with
the gui implementation reengineering.
