I am able to run a JNet prediction but can not do alignments. Both Alignment and Protein Disorder in the Web Services tab seem to be disabled. When I open jalview I see the warning dialog box and when I go to Tools -> Preferences -> Web Services the jabaws url: http://www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk/jabaws? is highlighted in red.
