quite - it didn't occur to me you were heading back to Perth (doh!).
I've just pushed the patch to the cDNA/Protein example, and after
checking all was well, have bullishly tagged and merged onto master.
We're just waiting for cruise control to settle down, then I'll do the
top level release build, OSX codesigning, and push everything onto
www.jalview.org.
Oddly enough this is about the same length of time it took as for 2.9..
except I'm vastly less sleep deprived!
