Q: Is this the Jmol applet or the application? Q: You are sure there are not two models (two frames) showing? That your modelIndex parameter is not -1?
If two frames are showing and you use viewer.there are, then you must ensure that you have not gotten modelIndex from viewer.am.cmi, because that will be -1. Instead, you have to decide which of those superimposed models you want to see the file name of -- 0 or 1. Bob
