should now launch what is a copy of feature/JAL-2446NCList branch. This is develop + JAL-2446 (SequenceFeatures) and JAL-2526 (SequenceCursor). It should behave (nearly) identically to 2.10.2 but be more performant, noticeably on large alignments (Ensembl data).
