Ah - this is something that used to be possible, since I put together an
ancestral sequences demo for the VAMSAS system, where internal nodes
could be linked to inferred sequences.
There are a couple of ways we could do this. Could you send me an
example of an alignment with reconstructed sequences and a tree with
internal node names so I can work out what might be the easiest one ?
