Hello Hari. Can you send me the output of the Jalview Console when you launch Jalview ? I'll try and reproduce your problem.
There are no special keystrokes needed. If you can see the 'Ignore gaps' option in the popup menu, then you should also be able to export the consensus as CSV. Jim.
