Dear Arnaud,
The best way would be to output as eps and then edit the figure in some vector
program like illustrator. That would give you high quality.

Objet : [Jalview-discuss] PNG output bug

Dear Jalview team,

We are submitting a paper that will go in press and we've noticed a bug in
Jalview's output.
The tool fits perfectly with the data we want to show, but unfortunately, the
figure is not so nice....
The output in PNG looks like missing a line of 1 pixel thickness and, as the
consensus sequence is the last line,
the L become I ...

Has anybody ever seen and fixed that?

Many thanks!

Arnaud

I could present that more visually in a ppt if needed.
