A small but useful feature in JalView would be: copy a sequence directly to clipboard, without gaps, with a single short-cut/right button menu.
Currently I do.. Ctrl+Shift+E --> Ctrl+C --> Ctrl+Z i.e. remove gaps, copy, undo-remove-gaps Cheers, Matt.
