Hi Frank.

Relevant bug has been created here:
http://issues.jalview.org/browse/JAL-1418

You can follow this bug to be notified of any updates if you register
yourself on the system.

Unfortunately, the 'Professional' version of InstallAnywhere we use does
not support silent installations.

However, Jalview is a relatively simple package which doesn't modify the
windows registry. if you have a mechanism for syncing Program File
directories across clients, you could use that to sync an already
installed Jalview package to other clients, along with any program
shortcuts ?

Jim.
