Dear Reza,

Sorry you had trouble with Jalview 2.8.2 exporting files.

It is possible that you are using an out of date JNLP file which is 
missing one of the libraries 2.8.2 depends on. Try launching Jalview 
with this
link: http://www.jalview.org/services/launchApp?jvm-max-heap=1G
(insert your preferred memory setting!) You should then be able to 
export alignment figures!

Please register with the jalview-discuss mailing list for future 
questions about jalview.  More people will see your message there.
Indeed, this problem with 2.8.2 for some people was already reported there.
