Dear Jim Procter

I followed your links that OSX 2.10.1 bundled
with Java does not launch Jalview.

BUT, I tried again with OSX 2.10.1
WITH NO JAVA INCLUDED, IT'S WORK!! It can run Jalview from dock. Now, I
actually can do the sequence alignments.

Please, say "thank you" to
Mungo Carstairs for his help, too.

Thank you for your kindness and
very quickly response.
