Thanks for the support.

I wasn't going to touch the UsersFileRepository or UsersLDAPRepository just 
yet, but that would be in the plan. I am working with the v1.3 proposals 
code-base, and the AbstractUsersRepository would implement all of the "case 
insensitive" methods as well.
